But this role goes beyond filling vacancies. You’ll also help build and professionalise our Talent Acquisition function: improving how we work, introducing smarter processes and using AI and automation to make recruitment more efficient and scalable.

You’ll join a HR team and report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. You won’t just process vacancies or wait for applications to magically appear. You’ll set priorities, actively source hard-to-find technical talent and challenge hiring managers when expectations, processes or decisions need sharpening.

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from intake and sourcing to interviews, debriefs, offer negotiations and the handover to onboarding.
• Recruit for technical and product roles, including Software Engineers, Product Owners, Product Designers, Data professionals and Web Developers.
• Translate hiring needs into realistic recruitment strategies, candidate profiles and sourcing plans.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, talent communities, referrals and creative sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain relevant talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the process, challenging assumptions and educating them about the technical talent market.
• Set clear recruitment priorities based on business impact, urgency and market availability.
• Use recruitment data to improve sourcing, conversion, candidate experience and hiring decisions.
• Apply AI tools and automation to make recruitment workflows smarter, faster and more scalable.
• Help build and professionalise the Talent Acquisition function, including processes, tooling, templates, reporting and ways of working.
• Contribute to our employer brand and positioning within the technical talent market.

• You have 2 -3 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house or embedded recruitment environment.
• You have proven experience recruiting for Software Engineering and several other technical disciplines, such as Product, Design, Data or Web Development.
• You are an experienced sourcer who knows how to find and engage passive candidates, not just filter inbound applications.
• You can independently manage multiple technical vacancies and decide where your time will have the greatest impact.
• You understand technical profiles well enough to run credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers.
• You act as a genuine business partner: confident enough to challenge, pragmatic enough to advise and clear enough to keep everyone moving.
• You enjoy building structure, improving processes and creating smarter ways of working.
• You use recruitment data, market insights and AI to improve results and increase efficiency.
• You communicate clearly, build strong relationships and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• You are comfortable taking ownership within a small, ambitious HR team.
• Experience in a fast-paced scale-up or SaaS environment is a plus, but not a must.
• You are fluent in English. Dutch is a strong advantage.
