Customer Success Manager
AI is fundamentally changing how companies become visible online. At InSpace, we are building the next generation of AI-driven discoverability with NOVA. Our customers are not just looking for powerful software, but above all for a strategic partner who helps them grow sustainably.
As a Customer Success Manager, you play a key role in this. You help customers achieve maximum results with NOVA and act as a strategic sparring partner for our most important accounts. You combine operational sharpness with strategic insight, build strong customer relationships and have a direct impact on customer retention, growth and product development.
Together with the Product & Development team, you continuously work on achieving the best results for our customers. You operate at the intersection of AI, strategy and customer growth, with plenty of room for ownership and direct influence on the further growth of InSpace.
What will you do?
- You ensure that customers quickly realize value with NOVA and guide strategic onboarding processes from kick-off to success.
- You are a strategic partner for customers and are responsible for customer growth, retention and long-term collaboration.
- You identify opportunities, risks and churn signals and take proactive action.
- You advise customers strategically on content, visibility and growth.
- You work closely with tech and product teams to achieve customer goals.
- You have a direct influence on the development of NOVA by translating customer insights into concrete product improvements together with the Product & Development team.
- You build lasting relationships and ensure a strong customer experience.
- You contribute to optimizing and scaling Customer Success processes.
